Weak Hoover Suction

(1) Fully charge the hoover
(2) Check whether there is any rubbish clogging at the dust cup, filter cartridge, suction nozzle and floor brush, clean them in time, and clean and replace the filter cartridge according to the schedule
(3) Disassemble the dust bar and floor brush to reassemble them
(4) Fasten the bottom cover of the dust cup tightly
(5) Re-experience the suction power of the hoover

Poor Vacuuming Carpet

(1)Fully charge the hoover
(2)Remove the hairs entangled in the motorised floor brush
(3)Check whether there is any rubbish clogging at the dust cup, filter cartridge, suction nozzle, floor brush, and clear them in time, and clean and replace the filter cartridge according to the schedule
(4)Disassemble the dust bar and floor brush to reassemble them again
(5)Fasten the bottom cover of the dust cup tightly
(6)Re-experience the hoover's experience of vacuuming again on the carpets

Doesn't Charge Fully

(1) Check and clean the debris in the charging port
(2) After using the vacuum cleaner, let it sit for 1 hour before charging
(3) Charge continuously for more than 4 hours until the charging indicator light changes from red to blue
(4) After charging is complete, turn on the machine and use it

Floor Brush Light not Lighting Up

1. Check if the floor brush is clogged with garbage or hair is wrapped around the roller brush, and clean it up in time.
2. Check if the dust rod, floor brush, and dust cup are installed in place, and reassemble the product.
3. Check if the dust cup, main unit head, both ends of the conductive dust rod, and the conductive terminals on the electric floor brush are dirty or covered with dust, and clean them up in time
4. Check if the battery has enough power, and use it after it is fully charged

Short Battery Life

(1) Check the dust cup, filter, nozzle, and floor brush for any garbage blocking them and clean them up
(2) Clean and replace the filter
(3) After using the machine, let it sit for 1 hour before charging
