If the mower still doesn’t start after you’ve connected the battery and pressed the power button, please check the following:
- Make sure the battery wiring harness is correctly and firmly connected.
- Confirm that you are pressing and holding the power button long enough (around 3 seconds).
- If the mower still does not power on, please record a short video showing the issue and send it to support@lymow.com. Our technical team will assist you with further troubleshooting.
- A quick note: Before shipment, the battery is pre-charged with a certain amount of power. So, there is generally no need to worry about the new mower failing to start due to a lack of power.
