Why didn't I receive a notification when my task was completed?

If you were expecting a task completion notification but didn’t see one, it’s typically because the task hasn't been fully finalized. Here’s a clearer breakdown of what might be happening:
 
Reason 1: The task is paused, not completed.
If the robot returns to the station to recharge, the initial task is paused—not ended. The system is waiting for it to resume and finish the job once charged.
 
However, if you manually cancel the task while it's charging, the system won't send a "task completed" alert, as the job was canceled before the robot could finish.
 
Reason 2: The notification was sent silently.
Sometimes, completion notices are delivered as silent notifications. This means they may go directly to your phone's notification center without a pop-up on your screen, so it's easy to miss them.
